Returns & Exchanges

As a small business, we do not offer refunds as all our items are one-off pieces and are often sized after purchase, which is complimentary with purchase. We always offer our customers the option of an exchange and the chance to find the perfect piece.

How long does delivery take?

S. Greenstein & Co offers standard 3-5 days Post Office or FedEx shipping to the UK, Europe or Worldwide. We will receive a quote from the delivery company and update you on the delivery time. If possible, we usually pay for next-day delivery and contact you the day before we send it. All delivery costs are included with the purchase.
